Incapable of Love

Had lunch at THAI EXPRESS, food was actually great, mango salad, chicken wing, glass noodle with chicken and egg... with Annie and Tim Chek who just came back from Adelaide

Immediately head to the GYM and did 1hr 10mins on the treadmill, 7.7km, not bad, should have more than compensate for the food taken in..

Throughout this time, one thought was recurring in my mind, that you wrote in your first card to me that I taught you that you were actually capable of LOVE and I must say you did well the last 8 years.... but now you have also taught me that i am so incapable of LOVE, so incapable(correct my grammar) to love...

Well, should snap myself out of all this. Ming Yaw gave an update about how Polin was, she's very positive abt the whole thingy . I should be cherishing whatever is around me and even those not around me,
