The report card:
Phase One: Lost 12kg, 12kg of sorrow.
Phase Two: Lost 4 kg, 4kg of disappointment. (Didn't meet target but It was good cause at least I didn't gain. it's getting harder.
Phase Three: Two weeks only, I am targetting maybe the final 2-3kg loss. Then I will focus on building muscle mass...
Cost: Sheer hard work, no supplements or expensive Diet Programmes..
Benefits: Healthier and Happier ME!
